Dear Dr. Tom House………

Thursday, January 21st, 2010

………I was introduced to your training methods just 1 year ago, and received an even greater education on it in this past August when you worked with those of us taking the TPI Level 2 Fitness Pro seminar in Minnesota.  The 2 hours you spent working with us that day, changed my entire outlook on training, not to mention left me more sore than any workout I have ever done with weights.  But I write to you today to thank you on a subject completely unrelated to golf.  I have lived and breathed your exercises for over 7 months now and witnessed a dramatic change in the stability of my shoulder blades and the range of motion in my shoulders and thoracic spine.  During my weekly flag football game this past week, I fell down going for the ball and one of my teammates landed on top of me.  I was on my left side at the time, and my right shoulder took the impact.  I was able to jump right back up afterwards, had this weird feeling like my arm was dead weight and had quite a bit of pain.  I am here to say that now two days after the fact, I returned to normal and went through all your exercises today with now pain!  7 months ago, a fall and impact like that would have destroyed my body, but I thank you endlessly today for making it possible for me to hit the links this weekend without any limitations.  Thank you Dr. House!!!
